ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days during normal operations.
  • During high-volume periods (such as restocks or holidays), processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER SHIPMENT):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS
  • UPS 
  • FEDEX

Please note: We reserve the right to designate the shipping carrier unless expressly stated in the shipping section. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size and destination.

SHIPPING INSURANCE (RECOMMENDED)

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection (such as Route) at checkout.

Without shipping insurance:Sandy Cecil Soaps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered by the carrier

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact your local carrier immediately
  3. Visit your local post office

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • Damaged items
    • Packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue when possible.
