ORDER POLICIES

Order Cancellation

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Refunds for canceled orders may be subject to a processing fee (up to 5%).

• Shipping refunds for combined orders are issued at our discretion after applicable fees.

All products are handcrafted in small batches, and variations in color, design, and appearance are normal.

• Damage to fabrics (some soaps may discolor cloths due to natural colorants)
